European Soccer Expertise

More Than 20 Years of Experience

Markus Althof has independently organized high-level youth soccer tournaments for more than 20 years, regularly bringing ambitious teams together with academy sides from leading European professional clubs.

He has also worked as a scout for TSG Hoffenheim for more than 14 years. He previously scouted across every youth age group and currently works at U23 level — the important transition between academy and professional soccer. As a former youth academy coach at Stuttgarter Kickers, Markus combines tournament organization, coaching experience, professional scouting expertise, and an extensive network throughout European soccer.

Sample 9-Day Itineraries

A Clear Plan. Built Around Your Team.

Daily rhythm: 7:30 AM breakfast · After breakfast 90–120 min training · 12:30 PM lunch · 8:00 PM dinner independently organized.*

Day Afternoon / Evening Program

*On friendly-match days, dinner takes place after the match at approximately 8:30 PM. Tournament-day morning training is replaced by a light activation session. All schedules remain subject to final agreement and availability.

More Than Soccer

Selected activities can be organized for parents or the entire travel group. Group arrangements are available for 20 or more participants and can be added to your individual itinerary. All activities are optional and subject to group size, opening hours, availability, and the final itinerary.
